New Course – Pre-University Preparation Programme

We are delighted to announce that we will be offering a new course in the next academic year ‘Pre-University Preparation Programme’.  This is a one-year course designed to meet the needs of students wishing to prepare for third level. It introduces students to methods of study and IT skills, in addition to writing and research skills that are required for successful participation in third level education. This is a course which will be very beneficial to a wide variety of students and especially those who may defer their CAO course or unsure what they wish to study at third level. 

On successful completion of this course, students will receive a QQI Level 5 qualification in Information Processing. This award can be used for entry to Higher Education through the CAO system. Click here to access further information and a downloadable course brochure.
