Games Fleadh

Our Software Development students travelled to the Games Fleadh held at TUS Thurles campus. The Games Fleadh is a convention held annually for computer games enthusiasts and developers to showcase their talent and programming skills. It is partially funded by Tipperary’s Centre for Entertainment & Game Technology Research with additional supporters including Microsoft, EA and Demonware. Our students with ambitions in the gaming industry gained a unique insight into the €165 billion industry and accessed some of the world’s most successful gaming companies and representative bodies.
